ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Straw yellow color; good structure well supported by a good sapidity and acidity. Toasted bread notes with an aftertaste of herbaceous notes.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Excellent with fish dishes, cruditè and delicate first courses in white sauce.
